Fall outlook: community pond trout stocking usually resumes in late September once water quality improves and continues into late November, with good to great fishing. Trout stay deep in September, then feed at all depths as it cools. - Spanish Oaks Reservoir and Manila Creek Pond: closed Dec. 1 until 6 a.m. on the last Saturday of February.
